Drake Is Selling an $88 Million Beverly Hills Megamansion
Grammy Award-winning rapper and actor Drake is packing up his Beverly Hills megamansion, having staked a metaphorical “for sale” sign outside of his multimillion-dollar home.
The nearly 20-acre Tuscan-style estate hit the market earlier this week for $88 million, a little more than a year after Drake, otherwise known as Aubrey Drake Graham, snapped up the trophy home for $75 million listing records show.
He bought the pad from British musician Robbie Williams, who in turn had acquired the property from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano.
Hidden away at the end of a long gated drive, moments from the Beverly Hills Hotel, the property is billed as an “exquisite celebrity compound,” in its listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, who declined to comment on the listing.
They are handling the sale with Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Spanning roughly 25,000 square feet, the manse is “perfectly suited for grand-scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections,” and has canyon, city and ocean views, the listing said.
The main house boasts seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast room, a library, and two family rooms—one of which doubles as a screening room.
There’s also an elevator, a wine cellar, a gym and a game room. Plus there are three en-suite bedrooms for staff, a guest house, a mosaic-tiled pool, a tennis court, an orchard and an 11-car garage.
Drake, 36, is one of the world’s best-selling music artists and has won five Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards and a record 34 Billboard Music Awards.
A representative for the star declined to comment. TMZ first reported the news.
