Drake's Beverly Hills Estate Officially on the Market for $88 Million
Just a year after purchasing a stunning estate in Beverly Hills, rapper Drake has decided to put the property on the market. The luxurious, resort-style mansion is now listed for sale at $88 million, with TMZ first breaking the story.
A Property Full of History
- The opulent, nearly 25,000-square-foot Tuscan-style residence was initially built in the late 1990s by the esteemed architects of KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano.
- The home originally showcased Old World, Mediterranean-themed interiors, which were later transformed into modern spaces by British pop sensation Robbie Williams, who acquired the property in 2015 for $33 million.
- A few months ago, Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, sold the expansive compound to Drake for an astounding $75 million.
Perched high above Benedict Canyon and tucked away at the end of a private cul-de-sac, the estate is accessed through gates and a lengthy driveway. The breathtaking canyon, city, and ocean vistas are beautifully framed by numerous mature olive trees and ancient oaks. The estate features an 11-car garage and a spacious motor court, offering ample parking for additional vehicles.
The recently staged, minimalist interiors boast a double-height foyer with a striking staircase, a living room with dual grand fireplaces, a wine cellar, a gym, an elevator, a kitchen with two islands, and an upper-level master suite that includes a private balcony with a view and a luxurious bathroom larger than some residences. The property also provides a staff wing and a separate guest house.
The property's marble finishes and woodwork are costly, but the vast grounds and views truly shine, with a large lawn, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, and hidden orchard. The 20-acre compound mostly comprises rugged hillside.
